Born and raised in the US, Faye moved to the Netherlands in 2021 and is studying for her BSc in  Business Administration (Finance, Organizational Behaviour, Statistics, Economics) at Nyenrode Business University.

She started her internship at Trompenaars Hampden-Turner in September 2024 as a Product Project Support.
