Ivy has over 30 years of international management consulting experience. Her areas of specializations include, Change & Project management, Business Performance Improvement, Organization Development, Learning and Competency management, Incentive Design and Cross-Cultural competence (CCC).
Ivy has worked with several respected management consulting organizations, including KPMG, BearingPoint, Deloitte, Grant Thornton, Towers Watson and Mercer. While with KPMG, Ivy worked and/or lived across several countries in Europe and US. Namely, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Italy (Rome), Portugal, England, France, Scandinavia, Czech Republic (Prague) and San Francisco & NY. She continues to actively network professionally and personally in those and several other countries and considers herself a “global citizen”. This elevated and consistent levels of global exposure has helped her in building practical insights into how cultural differences impact business environments, further, to develop solutions in order to reconcile the challenges that arise in multicultural and international business teams, using Trompenaars Hampden & Turner (THT) methodology. She is a licensee of THT.
Ivy has been extensively associated with the information technology (IT, BPO, KPO etc.) sector in India since early 2000 and has a deep knowledge of the industry. She has also advised in the manufacturing & engineering, financial services, hospitality and healthcare spaces in India. She also consults extensively in the SMEs/ Family-owned businesses and Start-ups.
Ivy has been part of and has also led several global initiatives of methodology, curriculum and learning program development in wide variety of subjects. She continues to design, develop and deliver training curriculum and programs in the areas of People & Change management and CCC across business sectors in India.
She is a visiting faculty of IIM Bangalore where she teaches the advanced MBA programs in the areas of CCC, Change Management and Advanced Consulting Skills.
IIvy has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Delhi and is an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi University.
She currently lives in Bangalore, India and runs an initiative on developing Global Cross-Cultural Competence in corporates and business environments in India and Asia.
