Interning at THT came very last minute as I was thinking of joining another company and I chose THT because of my interview with Fons and the team.  It was a great experience which started in Feb 2018 with a work placement and ended with my Bachelors graduation thesis in 2019.  I helped set up a licensee certification programme from concept to implementation and enjoyed the many interactions I had with senior consultants.   I appreciate and value my time with THT and started in 2020 as ACES Learning Coordinator & Trainer at Amazon and as of 2021, I am ACES Manager at Amazon Logistics  Trainer as a Process Improvement Specialist.
