My internship at THT started in February 2021 alongside my master’s degree in Leadership & Change Management at the Vrije Universiteit (VU). Since the beginning, everyone has been welcoming, open, and willing to help. I have gotten the opportunity to work with Fons Trompenaars and other extremely talented people who have taught me a lot. I also got the opportunity to work on a project that fits right into my field of interest and combines culture and business perfectly. Although most of the internship took place virtually due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I was still able to form close bonds and maintain close communication with colleagues.

This internship at THT provided me more clarity on what steps I want to take next and I feel honored and grateful to have had this experience. I graduated at the end of 2021 and started with The Hut Group’s beauty brand, Lookfantastic, managing Southwest Europe’s influencer marketing.
