Prof Henri Bezuidenhout, tenured professor and accredited executive coach has broad experience in consultancy, teaching, training, mentoring, and coaching. Having more than 20 accredited peer reviewed publication about Multinationals operating in Africa Henri has a two-track interest in the role of culture in the success of business, especially in Africa, as well as personal development and leadership empowerment for young upcoming leaders.

Henri has broad based experience in cross-cultural competency, organisational culture, dynamic leadership teams and the link to organisational outcomes. He has with over 25 of years of experience of consulting in a range of organizations, both private and public, in different countries and regions. His current focus is on achieving behavioural change for organisational outcomes.

He holds a Ph.D. in Economics and is Professor in International Trade at the School of Economics at North-West University, Potchefstroom in South Africa. He is also a Stanford Graduate School of Business LEAD Distinguished Scholar and is a Professional Certified Coach. This is augmented with certification in various cultural methodologies and tools; as well as leadership development tools like Gallup Strengthsfinder and The Values Factor.
