Lauri  is a senior executive with over 22 years’ experience in the global mobility and HR arena. During his professional career, he has lived and worked in the USA, UK, Spain and Ireland. He has served with a US based Relocation Management Company as a Vice President for EMEA in Canary Wharf, London, where he had responsibility for operations, client services, business development and supply chain.

He has also held an executive position as a Sales & Marketing director for a UK Publishing company in Dublin, as well as owning his own consulting firm in Spain where he worked in management consulting, recruitment and career services, executive coaching, and intercultural training & coaching.

Lauri has extensive experience working in a global setting as an SME bringing first hand insights to global leaders in over 20 countries. During his career to date he has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies and MNC’s in both Europe and Asia.

He has an honours degree in HRM, along with a professional Consulting Certificate Level 7 as well as being a licensed coach on the International Profiler, a diagnostic tool for supporting global executives on international assignments.

He has been a guest lecturer for the European University in both London & Barcelona on the topics of global mobility and entering the workplace in the 21st century. He helps clients by creating customised solutions that improve profitability, organisational effectiveness, better communication, and engagement in a complex global environment.
