Roosmarijn has lived and worked in Asia for the past 10 years, having previously worked across Europe and in the US. Her international perceptive and experience has deepened her knowledge in training on intercultural issues and communication. She has developed, built and implemented training curricula.
Roosmarijn is currently leading the work around D&I and Anti-Racism at United World College of South East Asia. She is also facilitating their professional development on unconscious bias to all staff members and key stakeholder groups to promote positive and meaningful change, with a strong focus on anti-racism.
